1. How do I order for agriculture related products on Agriezone.in?
Login with your credentials at Agriezone.in => Select the product you want to Order => Place the Order. In the Checkout page you just need to enter the billing, shipping details and choose the suitable payment mode to complete your purchase.
2. What do I do if I have any further questions while placing the order?
For any further information you require on the products at Agriezone.in, you can send an e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 080 080-29608990, 080-42350527 during the business hours (9 am - 7 pm).
3. Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive the confirmation through E-mail & also via SMS.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
Every order placed in Agriezone.in is provided with a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you place the order. Regular email updates will be sent regarding the status of your order. A soft copy of the invoice is also sent, as soon as the order is invoiced by our fulfillment team. Payment Options and Invoices
1. How do I pay for orders on Agriezone.in?
Agriezone currently allows only select customers to place orders who have been white-listed by Agriezone Direct Sales Team. However we plan to support other different modes of payment, including credit cards, debit cards and internet banking in the next few months.
2. Are there any other charges or taxes?
Your Order summary displayed to you on the check-out page will detail the Government taxes and any Shipping Charges that will be levied for fulfilling the order.
3. Will I receive an invoice along with the order?
Yes, you will receive invoices for every order that is placed on Agriezone.in.
4. Can I claim GST?
Please enter you GSTIN Number while placing the order, and the same will be reflected in the invoice generated for your purchase. You can use this invoice for future claims, if any.

1. How will the orders be delivered?
We send our orders through major courier companies (like DTDC), Transporters (like VRL & KSRTC etc) and through India Post.
2. Can you list the states in India where you deliver the products?
Right now we operate exclusively in Karnataka and only local orders will be accepted. However we plan to service other states in the next few months. Keep checking this space for further updates about our delivery zones.
3. What is the time taken for delivery?
The estimated time of delivery is 4-5 working days. You can also choose to pick-up your orders from our Local Retail Stores directly.
4. Where are the Agriezone Retail Stores located, where I can pick-up my orders?
We currently operate Retail Stores in Bangalore, Balahonnour and NR Pura. As soon as your product is invoiced and packaged, our support team will intimate with the time slot to visit the store for pick-up.
5. Are there any shipping charges?
Yes. Shipping charges for each product are displayed during the order summery. However this shipping charge is waived if you choose to pick-up the orders directly from our stores.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Will I get a refund if the product delivered is defective?
If you find that the product delivered to you is defective, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved. You can return the entire package within a period of seven days in order to get replacement. You should also notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with, so that we can liaison with the Courier Company / Transporter. Since we offer replacements for the defective orders, we don’t offer refunds.
